Ever been to Boise, Idaho? Hell, ever been to Idaho?
If you have, we don’t need to remind you of the towering Sawtooth Mountains or the hardened ooze in the Craters of the Moon valley.
We wouldn’t need to tell you that the locals are quite nice folks and although not a foodie paradise, the Basque food experience is something to behold.
So, if the grandiose landscape, hiking, biking, skiing and fishing haven’t brought you up here already, then maybe the lure of Idaho’s Capital City will.
This was our first time in the artsy, laid back, small town of a city and you can bet that we’ll be back. If not for the paella, then to float down the river.

RV & Traveler TIPS:
Parking is Free on Saturday and Sunday. Meters give you a gratuity of 20 minutes. Parking lots and garages give you the first hour free as well. AMAZING!
Our RV park of choice for this trip: Mountain View RV . The RV park is near the airport and close to a bus stop. This park is the closest to the city.
Bus system; ONLY 1 buck. The schedule is limited so you may find yourself walking back to camp or taking a 10 dollar taxi ride.
